Rewards – Win Menu Items

One type of reward we offer is a free menu item. Once a customer wins a menu item, it will be sent to him together with his next order.

Click Loyalty->Rewards on the left menu. Then choose the first tab “Win Menu Items Rewards”.

Lets offer our loyal customers 2 menu item rewards, one would be a Coke, the other will be Tomato Pasta. We may name them as we like them to show at the website, so here we can choose “Free Drink” and “Free pasta”.

Note that the “Loyalty” switch on top has to be on for the loyalty system to be available for customers.
