Rewards – Win Points

A type of reward we offer is a giving our customers extra points for free.

Where can it be used? For example, if we would like to encourage new customers subscribing to our Loyalty System, we can offer them few points for free to have as a start.

How do we do it? Very simple.

Click Loyalty->Rewards on the left menu. Then choose the second tab “Win Points Rewards”.

Now lets add a 10 points reward and name it “10 Points”.

Note that the “Loyalty” switch on top has to be on for the loyalty system to be available for customers.
